Jude has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has held roles in an operational, advisory and real-estate development context. He specialises in the areas of concept development, strategic planning, feasibility and operator selection across the hotel, gaming and tourism sectors.
With the benefit of many hats within the industry, Jude adds significant value by understanding the linkage between concept, feasibility and strategic planning with operations. This insight provided at the early stage of hospitality development projects has the capacity to reduce development cost through lower levels of contract variation, value-engineering and future-proofing.
