Principal
Ian Graham - chartered accountant and experienced hotel strategy and finance consultant Ian Graham designs and delivers solutions to address strategy, finance, branding and other aspects of hotel companies' processes. He has 35 years' industry experience including international executive experience with Sheraton and Bass. Ian is a chartered accountant and is a graduate of the hotel school at University of Surrey.

Lead associates
Katrina Craig – hotel and resort development Katrina Craig offers end-to-end hotel and resort project direction. She co-ordinates the hotel and resort development process from initial concept through to market launch. Katrina has over 15 years' experience in both property development and hotel chain management. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and INSEAD.
Peter Fitzgerald Peter Fitzgerald advises on all areas of sales, marketing, distribution, global distribution systems, hotel representation, online channel management, central reservation systems, property management systems and e-commerce. Peter has 20 years' experience in the hotel and travel industry having held senior positions with Utell, Pegasus Solutions and VIP Corporation (now Synxis).
Rosemary Jackson - leadershipt and executive coaching Rosemary Jackson helps leaders - CEOs, directors and others - use their particular strengths and skills more deliberately to fulfil their unique role and responsibility to lead. She trained with Tavistock Institute and is a Fellow of the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter.
Mike Wrigley - Information technology expert for the hotel and hospitality industry Mike Wrigley has 30 years' international hospitality industry experience in management, finance and IT. He graduated from hotel school and, for the last 15 years, he has provided hotel consulting solutions across a wide range of technology issues. Chris Barlow Chris Barlow specialises in turning around failing hotels by immersing himself in the problems, identifying available solutions, agreeing strategy and implementing the necessary agreed changes. With more than 20 years' experience and a proven track record, Chris is an expert in HR matters, marketing, finance, control systems, refurbishments and building development.
Doreen Boulding - hotel general management and  marketing and sales management Doreen Boulding undertakes due diligence audits of hotel sales, marketing and e-distribution processes at times of change of ownership; ensures hotel marketing collateral is fit-for-purpose and creates sales action plans; conducts departmental audits and reviews operational practices. Doreen has 28 years' experience in the international hotel and hospitality industry, including 15 years as a general manager.
Larry Bowman - HR specialist and people-centred solutions for hotels Larry Bowman designs people-centred solutions to achieve hotel clients' goals. He has 30 years international experience in the hotel industry including executive positions with Sheraton and the Glion Group. A Surrey University graduate with a Henley MBA, Larry is a fellow of the HCIMA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Frank Coan - experienced hotel executive and market feasibility and development projects Frank Coan has held senior marketing positions in the UK and international hotel industry, including at board level. He and his colleague Alastair Stevenson work together, specialising in market feasibility projects and hotel development/investment appraisals supported by detailed revenue modelling, as well as marketing planning and strategy.
Carl Donnelly - experienced hotel executive, turnaround expert advisor on tourism regional development Carl Donnelly specialises in strategic reviews, corporate turnarounds, tourism strategies and infrastructures, and global distribution typically working for regional development agencies or private equity / corporate finance clients. He has consultancy experience in Europe and the Middle East. He was a founding director and plc board member of Jarvis Hotels.
Ewa Kossakowska Ewa Kossakowska improves the sales and marketing processes in existing hotels, as well as delivering market research for planned hotels. She has 25 years' experience in the hotel, on-line tourism and car rental businesses. Ewa graduated in economics and tourism from what is nowadays the Warsaw School of Economics.

Douglas Wignell - legal affairs, hotel  management contracts and franchise agreements Douglas Wignall drafts and negotiates international hotel management contracts and franchise agreements. His work includes advising clients on legal issues arising from hotel operations. With more than 25 years' experience, Douglas is expert in advising clients on operator selection and the commercial terms of hotel management agreements.
