Petra Deuter is a tri-lingual (German, English, Spanish) cross-cultural, highly entrepreneurial sales & marketing consultant.
Prior to establishing herself as a full time consultant, she had over 13 years of broad international corporate executive expertise in Europe, North and South America. Her corporate career includes successes with each of Accor Hospitality in Germany, Lufthansa Airlines in Europe and The Americas and Mamaison Hotels & Residences in Central and Eastern Europe. Thus she brings to her hotel clients a strong understanding of the international travel sector and trends.
She is a passionate mentor to leaders of Sales & Marketing and has a strong track record of growing revenues through multiple channels in the travel and hotel industries. But her knowledge and skills extend well beyond Sales and Marketing - for three years she was Managing Director of Lufthansa's business in southern South America.
Her consultancy provides expert Sales & Marketing consulting and to the international hospitality industry covering a wide range of areas of excellence. Petra is experienced in building large and small hotel brands, as well as supporting standardised and non-standardised, Boutique, Business and Extended Stay Hotels. She has extensive know-how of Sales, Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, E-Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations and CRM. She is an excellent leader of, and member of, teams and has played a senior role in driving profit initatives throughout the Americas and Europe.
She has been instrumental in establishing successful Sales & Marketing organisations rapidly and has helped firms and employees grow and prosper. She has also been engaged in numerous change and crisis management assignments.
