She is the founder of the Polish consultancy 'E.M.K.Hospitality Consulting' which provides consultancy to hotels and tourism and travel-related companies in the following areas.

From 1999 to 2005, Ewa worked in Poland as a sales and marketing director for Global Hotels Development S.A., the then preferred developer of new Holiday Inn hotels in Poland (Holiday Inn Gdansk, Holiday Inn Wroclaw, Holiday Inn Krakow, Express by Holiday Inn Krakow) and as assistant sales and marketing director for InterContinental Warsaw. She had responsibility for hotels' pre-opening, opening and post-opening processes within sales and marketing for the hotels as well as brand development and brand building in the market. During her six years with IHG hotels, she developed and delivered robust sales and marketing strategies, resulting in significant growth.
Earlier, Ewa worked as commercial director for Poland for Global Group of Companies Ltd - which had the exclusive master franchisee agreement with EuroDollar Car Rental/National Car Rental. She created and implemented all sales and marketing programmes and internal accounting systems for domestic and international contractors, operating procedures, recruited staff and run full customer service training programmes for staff. Prior to 1991, Ewa was marketing and operating manager at Orbis Car Rental, which was the sole representative of Avis, Hertz and Europcar in Poland.
Since graduating in 1984, Ewa has worked with many businesses across the world and has established an excellent reputation as a helpful colleague and motivational leader with sales and marketing, operational and management skills. Ewa is a graduate of Central School of Planning & Statistics (nowadays Warsaw School of Economics) at the faculty - Economics in Tourism.
