Our advisory services can provide expert analysis of a hotel business, a hotel brand, hotel investment or impaired hotel. Our advice may be relevant for a sale or an acquisition. Our advice will be independent and will stand up to scrutiny. Our valuation advice will include commentary on a figure, but more importantly on the story behind the figure and the decisions the client can take based on the story and the figure. Our advice does not extend to those areas where valuation opinions are required to satisfy regulatory requirements.
