Renovation programme management
Renovations must be carefully orchestrated to hold costs down and minimise the time rooms are out of service. Our advisory services will typically first focus on the end product and identify leading FF&E manufacturers with proven track records as potential suppliers. Then we will work with interior designers and design & manufacturing teams to create the desired look and feel encompassing the latest manufacturing processes, equipment and efficiencies. We will provide advice to the client in connection with prototype rooms. Our scope of services may include managing a shortened delivery time to minimise disruption at the hotel. Acceleration of the renovation process will allow our client to achieve higher room rate and occupancy as the hotel will complete renovations much faster than under the typical industry process. We will provide advice to ensure design documentation allow for quick, accurate decisions.
