Product definition and launch
Our advisory services will provide a client with a document that defines the hotel, the hotel product or service, or the element of the hotel experience that is subject to the launch. It is designed to allow people within the hotel and its supply chain to understand what is the positioning of the hotel, the what is the value to gained from the experience, what are the unique elements of the service etc. With regard to product launch, our advice will typically be to brand managers in charge of the launch of a new hotel or new hotel brand and will focus on marketing campaigns targeting the hotel guest and hotel customer.
