Procurement
Our advisory services will typically address both global sourcing and general & local procurement. During an assignment that addresses global sourcing, we are likely to create a complete supply chain for the client, enabling the hotel business to benefit from the improved margins and profitability available globally. Where we provide advice in general and local procurement, we will likely research and provide strategic cost reduction recommendations to the client in it's major areas of spend (e.g. food, beverage, utilities etc), and research and likely deliver a recommended supplier base with goals aligned to those of the client.
