Leadership development
Our advisory services include elements which both enhance the quality of leadership within an individual, and leadership of the organisation.
Leadership development for the individual will focus on developing the leadership abilities and attitudes of the executive. Our approach is likely to integrate a range of developmental experiences over a set period of time (e.g. 6–12 months). These experiences may include 360 degree feedback, psychometric testing for leadership, business school style coursework, executive coaching, reflective journaling, mentoring and more. It will also involve goal setting, following an assessment of key developmental needs; and then evaluation of progress towards and achievement of goals after agreed time periods. Assessment of impact can also be made after a further 12-18 months.
As relates to collective leadership development our approach. includes understanding of interpersonal relationships and team dynamics between the leader and his/her team - both in one to one and (whole) team situations - taking account of the cultural and structural context within which the team functions.
We also address the key elements of leadership roles and responsibilities within the organisation and how these can work to best effect within a given context.
