Our advisory services will provide the client with commercial and / or legal advice in respect of the design and construction of the several contracts involved in the management of a hotel by a third party. This is likely to include each of the Technical Services Agreement, the Brand Licence Agreement, the Hotel Operating Agreement, the PreOpening Services Agreement, the Centralised Services Agreement and the Shared Services Agreement.
