Our advisory services will provide advice to, or about, the person who has overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of the hotel or hotel company. This is often referred to as Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. Our services will include advice in respect of the oversight of most or all of the hotel’s marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
