Due diligence
Our advisory services will be provided to clients who are buying or selling a hotel or a hotel company. The consulting advice is part of the process through which a potential acquirer evaluates a target company or its assets for acquisition. Or it may be provided to a potential vendor so that full value is obtained in the planned disposal. The relevant areas of concern may include the financial, legal, labour, tax, IT, environment and market/commercial situation of the hotel / hotel company. Other areas of enquiry may include a review of the intellectual property and the real property.
