Our advisory services are provided to hotel clients for whom the employment of a diverse workforce (both men and women, people of many generations, people from ethnically and racially diverse backgrounds etc.) is an important part of strategy. This will be the case if it believed that in so doing the hotel or hotel company will be better able to understand the demographics of the marketplace it serves and is thus better equipped to thrive in that marketplace than a hotel that has a more limited range of employee demographics.
