Brand management
Our advisory services will address the application of marketing techniques to a specific hotel concept, hotel or element of a hotel (e.g. restaurant / spa). It seeks to increase a product's or service’s perceived value to the hotel customer and hotel guest and thereby increase brand franchise and brand equity. Marketers see a brand as an implied promise that the level of quality people have come to expect will continue with future purchases. This may increase sales by making a comparison with competing hotels more favorable. It may also enable the hotel operator to charge more. Brand management is a broader and more strategic service than marketing alone.
